RETAIL AWARENESS SEMINAR:

National Professional Certification in Customer Service
January-Present

TREF is hosting Free Training and professional certification to Retail Hiring Managers and HR Professionals. Retailers will learn details about the National Professional Certification in Customer Service, a national certification managed by the National Retail Federation Foundation. Plus, attendees will take the assessment test for certification (a $70 value). TREFs goal is to expand awareness throughout Texas of certification sites and current training programs.

To date, over 200 Texas high school and college students are scheduled to take the National Professional Certification in Customer Service for the year 2005. This luncheon allows retailers to evaluate, and better understand applicants with this accreditation, as well as gaining a nationally recognized certification for themselves.

Lunch seminars will be held January thru December 2005 in Dallas, Houston and Austin. If you are interested in participating, send an email to info@tref.info or call TREF at 512-472-8261.
